RETURNS POLICY

All Returns related to non warranty issues must be unused, free from damage and in a resalable condition.

No goods will be accepted for return without prior consultation and acceptance. All goods are subject to inspection and can be refused if not in saleable condition.

All claims must be made within 2 weeks of purchase invoice date.

 

Standard Return Guidelines

  • 0 - 30 days - no restock fee
  • 1 - 3 months - 15% restock fee
  • 3 months and over - Return not accepted

Freight costs incurred to return goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please reference the EllisCo Invoice number or your order number for tracking purposes. Please advise of the reason for your return, specific issue with product if any and any other applicable details.

 

Return/Exchange for Faulty Goods

If a problem occurs with your product because they fail to comply with legal or manufacturer warranties, we will either repair, replace or refund as set out in the consumers guarantee act.
